Summary

Game currently performs great on most modern hardware. However there are some issues addressed below.

In order to have the best possible experience, please follow the instructions below:

• Latest firmware 13.1.0 is required to install game updates.
• Dump and use your firmware-NAND and keys from your console following our quickstart guide.
• Use OpenGL as your graphics API, the game crashes on wild pokémon encounters and trainer battles if using Vulkan. This is fixed in the latest yuzu builds mainline 817 and early access 2226
• Latest game update (1.1.1) potentially has less crashes and more stable gameplay.

Optional

• Game is locked at 30FPS but supports dynamic framerate, you can use Ctrl + U to unlock the framerate. (This causes NPCs and menus to run at increased speed)
• If GPU Accuracy is set to "normal", textures and models occasionally flicker. Use GPU Accuracy on "high" if you are experiencing issues. However, this comes at a performance cost.
